Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and T-Mobile revealed LG G2 availability details last week, and now Sprint has provided details on its release plans.
Sprint will begin taking pre-orders for the G2 on Oct. 11. The carrier did not specify exactly when it will begin shipping the handset, but said it will arrive "in time for the holidays."
Sprint customers will sadly have to wait a little longer for the G2 than their friends on other carriers. Verizon and AT&T users can pick up the device on Sept. 12, while T-Mobile will start carrying it two weeks later, on Sept. 25.
Like Verizon and AT&T, Sprint will offer the G2 for $200 with a new two-year service agreement or upgrade. Those who pre-order the phone through Sprint will receive a free QuickWindow case, valued at $49.99. T-Mobile, meanwhile, will sell the phone for $100 down plus 24 monthly payments of $21 (for a total of $604) via its no-contract plan.
"LG G2 brings everything together in a device with a comfortable, functional, convenient, and beautiful design," David Owens, vice president of product management and logistics at Sprint, said in a statement.
