An updated version of Canonical’s display server , Mir 0.0.10 has been released a few hours ago, in order to test some multi monitor improvements. Being already the feature-freeze week for Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander, the developers have to finish all the improvements possible and focus on bugfixes. For a full list of changes, since Mir 0.0.9, see this bzr link.
Mir 0.0.10 has been build to the ppa:mir-team/qa-testing only 5 hours ago, in order to facilitate the users to test the multi-monitor improvements brought so far, until the feature-freeze. For now, there are still problems with resolution changing for build-it displays / secondary displays and also some rotation modifications for the display orientation.
Mir 0.0.10 can be tested only on the Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander daily builds.
If you are a bleeding edge technology enthusiast, this is what you have to do to install the latest Mir display server on Ubuntu Saucy:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mir-team/qa-testing
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install mir unity-system-compositor
